Are all products sold at Vaperama authentic?

  • Rest assured that when you shop at Vaperama, you are purchasing genuine products from the official manufacturer as described. As one of the largest distributors in the Europe, we have established close business relationships with the biggest names in the industry. Most of the hardware products we sell come with a scratch off authenticity code that can be verified on the manufacturer website.

Ordering

Which payment methods do you accept?

  • All our payments are processed via PayPal. When you reach the payment stage of the order process you will have the option to either pay via your PayPal account or you can pay with a debit/credit card. PayPal processes the payment externally and no debit/credit card details are stored on our servers.

Where should I enter my discount code?

  • You can enter your discount code in the drop down Cart box, or on the Cart page (click on the Cart Button).

 


 

Delivery

Do you deliver outside the UK?

  • Vaperama delivers to over one hundred countries worldwide. When ordering from outside the UK, please choose a tracked delivery service to ensure that your package does not get lost. We have had many customers who have got in touch to say that our delivery times and quality of products are second to none. Although, we can deliver to wherever you are, please bear in mind that every country has their own importation laws. Therefore, if your items are held by local customs, it is the responsibility of the customer to resolve this. If you are unsure about the customs status in your country, get in touch with us, we are more than happy to help. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Orders placed before 4pm will be delivered the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered 2 working days later.
  • If you haven't received your order within 3 working days, please get in touch with us.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

  • You will a confirmation email shortly after your order has been dispatched to let you know that it’s been sent out.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Returns & Warranty

 Can I return my purchase?

  • At Vaperama, the most important thing to us is that you are fully satisfied with all your purchases. If you change your mind after purchasing a product from Vaperama, and you haven’t yet used the item, you can return the product to us anytime for a full refund or you can exchange it for another product.

What happens if my product develops a fault?

  • All products (except for coils and e-liquid) sold by Vaperama come with a 3-month warranty. If your product fails during this time, please contact customer service and we’ll either replace, refund or exchange the product, depending on what you prefer.
